Establish in-process controls like “if average weight drifts by >0.5%, stop and adjust.” Implement preventive maintenance schedules. Standardize formulations and mixing. Infine, training operators to notice early warning signs (like a change in press sound) can catch drift before a big problem. The goal is an early warning system: catch a 1% shift instead of producing a batch at 5%.
