Training at Jinlu Packing Meets the Future of Tablet Pressing: Smart, Modular, Remote-Controlled

The company recently unveiled a next-generation high-speed tablet press, pushing innovation to new heights. To ensure smooth operation and help staff quickly get up to speed, Engineer Yan and CEO Fu led a dedicated two-hour training session, guiding participants from an overview of the machine’s components, through its unique workstation features, to the principles behind its operation. The session concluded with a lively and interactive Q&A.

The training took place right in the company workshop. As you walked through the bustling crowd, you’d see Engineer Yan standing next to the pill press, passionately explaining the team’s latest pride and joy. Yan emphasized that the machine meets user needs across three dimensions: setup, maintenance, and after-sales support.

Dual Feed & Outlet Design: Effortless Handling of High-Volume Two-layer Tablet

“Take a closer look, and you’ll see that this machine features dual outlets,” Yan explained, pointing to the discharge chutes. “Most high-speed tablet making machine have only a single outlet, while dual outlets are typically found on slower, standard machines.” This design allows the new high-speed tablet pressing machine to handle two-layer tablets efficiently, combining the speed of advanced machines with the versatility usually reserved for slower models.

But the innovations don’t stop there. Yan also pointed out an additional channel in the discharge chutes. Traditional pill presses usually have two channels—one for finished tablets and the other for rejection. However, the new ZP-51D tablet press machine adds a third channel dedicated to sampling tablet weight and hardness. Connected to a sealed, transparent storage box, this channel lets engineers collect samples merely with fingers on the touchscreen rather than reaching into the chute. “It’s incredibly convenient. We can even set the time for sampling.” praised Engineer Simon.

Fully Removable Design: Maintenance Has Never Been Easier

One of the pill press’s most impressive features is its modular design. While other machines may also advertise its modularity, this model takes it a step further. Many machines allow the entire turntable to be removed, but few let you detach the punch wheels themselves.

“The real highlight is the tablet making machine’s high level of modularity, which makes daily maintenance remarkably easy,” Yan explained, demonstrating how to remove a punch wheel. “With just a few screws and nuts, the compression roller comes off. Furthermore, you could disassemble the entire machine down to only a frame if necessary.”

Machine Malfunctions? No Need to Be On-Site

Eric noticed a computer nearby. Driven by curiosity, he asked: “Can this computer really control the machine remotely?” Eyes turned to the laptop, where the touch screen is mirrored in real time. Everyone watched in amazement as Yan moved the mouse, and the tablet maker machine responded instantly, with virtually no delay. “Well, this machine supports remote operation. Right now it’s wired, but with a router, wireless remote control is possible,” Yan said with a smile.

Victor added, “This means if a customer encounters a problem, we can monitor the machine in real time without relying on video calls and explanations. It will significantly improve after-sales efficiency.”

At first, the team had only scratched the surface of the machine’s innovations. By the end of the training, however, awe and admiration were the predominant reactions. “Everyone may have taken away different insights from the session,” our CEO concluded, “but one thing is clear: this training gave the team a firsthand look at our technological innovations, leaving a lasting impression and significantly boosting confidence in our machines.”
