On Dec 8, 2025, a team led by Mr. Jacques from a French pharmaceutical and health supplement company made a special visit to Jinlu Packing’s factory. The visit successfully concluded with the on-site acceptance testing and user training for a single-lane vertical stick pack packaging machine and its matching vacuum powder feeding machine.

This collaboration aimed to solve a practical challenge in this delegation’s production: simultaneously handling two powdery materials with different flow characteristics—free-flowing vitamin powder and poor-flowing protein powder.

Production demands of Jacques’ team were distinct: small-batch production (30-35 bags/min, 10 grams/bag), back-sealed stick pack packaging, and the need for frequent product and material changeovers. This placed high requirements on the product compatibility, ease of use, and maintenance efficiency of the powder stick pack machine.

Through continuous on-site testing, the sachet packaging machine’s filling accuracy remained consistently high at 98.7%.

Intelligent Control: One-Touch Simplicity

This stick pack form fill seal machine is equipped with a PLC control system and a user-friendly touchscreen that simplifies parameter setup, operators merely need to press the start button after setting the powder fill weight, then the machine automatically completes the entire process from powder filling, stick pack sealing to cutting, reducing operational complexity.

Simple Material Changeover: Rapid 5-Minute Switch

The packaging material changeover process is optimized into a simple three-step operation:

1. Cut the packaging film at any point and withdraw it from the end seal.
2. Loosen the packaging film roll holder screw and remove the old roll of film.
3. Install a new film roll, thread the film, and guide this plastic film into the film forming station.

Thanks to a patented front-mounted film roll station design, a user can independently complete the entire changeover process within 5 minutes.

Furthermore, both the feed hopper of this automatic stick pack packager and the accompanying vacuum powder feeder incorporate quick-disassembly designs. Components can be swiftly disassembled by simply releasing buckles, enabling thorough, dead-angle cleaning to effectively prevent cross-contamination. This feature is particularly aligned with stringent pharmaceutical hygiene requirements.

This visit and successful equipment acceptance by the French user not only validated the performance of Jinlu’s stick pack packaging machine in handling complex powder materials but also highlighted the machine’s flexibility in small-batch nutraceutical supplement production scenarios.
