Hands-On Equipment Evaluation and Practical Training

During the visit, the engineer from Mr. Azlan’s team took an active role in the setup process while receiving guidance from our technical staff. In addition to the 8C capsule counting machine, he paid special attention to the labeling machine—an aspect that many tend to overlook.

To verify its adaptability with their product lineup, he conducted tests using bottles of varying sizes and labels with different specifications. Through this process, he gained hands-on experience in calibrating the machine and addressing typical operational challenges, including:

• Misplaced or incomplete labeling – Possible reasons include a label cutter not perpendicular to the conveyor belt, incorrect labeling speed leading to blockages, or misadjusted sensors failing to identify bottles.
