Moroccan Pharma Visits Jinlu Packing to Evaluate Blister Packagers

On Nov. 27th, 2025, Guangdong Jinlu Packing Machinery Co., Ltée. hosted a visit from a major Moroccan pharmaceutical company, underscoring the demand for high speed blister packaging machines and their reliable operation.

Pendant la visite, Ms. Sophia Benali, Production Director of the firm, walked through facilities of Jinlu Packing with the aim to conduct an evaluation of blister machines for her new capsule production line.

Facing Core Demand: Stable Run under High-speed Blister Packaging

The visit revealed a critical industry trend: for large pharmaceutical manufacturers, efficiency is no longer defined by speed alone, but by sustained operational stability and minimized downtime. From the outset, Ms. Benali emphasized this priority, stating: “Our focus extends beyond the max speed of a capsule blister packing machine. We require a blistering machine that guarantees consistent operation with minimal downtime.

Addressing these requirements, the Jinlu Packing team presented a comprehensive analysis of the JL-DPH-270Max high speed blister packing machine, showcasing its advanced servo technology, precision thermoforming controls, and intelligent monitoring systems designed to ensure 24/7 operational reliability. Through technical discussions and live dynamic demonstrations, Jinlu demonstrated the pill blister machine’s capability of delivering high velocity and stability essential for modern pharmaceutical capsule manufacturing, resulting in a preliminary procurement agreement.

 

Jinlu Demonstrates Blister Machine Performance in Trial Operation

At Jinlu Packing factory, the JL-DPH-270Max high speed capsule blister packing machine passed a rigorous on-site verification. Under the close observation of Ms. Benali’s technician, the blister pack packaging machine operated continuously for one hour, producing blister packs sized at 93x56mm. It finally achieved an output of 22,800 packs per hour, with its stable and efficient performance gaining satisfaction from the client.

The result stems from the machine’s design philosophy which integrates top-tier hardware with intelligent coordination to ensure stability for long-term, high-speed operation.

 

1) Recognized Hardware for Operational Stability

The durability of this blister pack packager is built upon a selection of internationally renowned components. It utilizes six high-precision servo motors from Panasonic, ensuring precise and enduring power delivery. The control system’s core combines a Panasonic motion controller with a Siemens PLC main module, forming a robust and intelligent command center. En outre, critical components such as the German Becker oil-free vacuum pump, alongside Schneider electric relays and frequency converters, are standard. This commitment to premium hardware translates to an exceptionally low failure rate during continuous blister packaging operation.

2) Intelligent Synergy for Flawless Processing Flow

The pill blister packing machine employs an independent servo system for each key station, including thermoforming, scellage de chaleur, traction, et coupe. These are seamlessly integrated and synchronized via the central motion controller, enabling intelligent coordination and autonomous tracking. This system automatically adjusts the speed of downstream stations, if one processing station slows down, eliminating quality issues such as blister cavity compression or aluminum foil wrinkling caused by station desynchronization during extended production runs.

 

3) Vision Monitoring for Blister Pack Integrity

Equipped with a high-definition, industrial-grade camera inspection system from German Basler, the blistering machine provides real-time, 100% vision-based monitoring. It accurately detects and rejects defective pharmaceutical blister packs containing missing capsules, fragmented capsules, double-loaded capsules, color variations, or gel capsule size discrepancies. This monitor ensures a final blister pack packaging qualification rate of up to 99.99% during long-hour packaging.

4) Modular Design for Production Flexibility

Owing to the modular design, the blister packing forming machine dramatically reduces downtime during product changeovers. Key tooling, such as forming molds, features a slide-in groove quick-release mechanism for easy disassembly and installation. This allows for a complete mold changeover to be accomplished within 15 minutes, improving overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and the blister packer’s continuous operation.

After the trial run, Jinlu’s senior technician Mr. Yang expressed: “By combining excellent components, adaptive intelligent control, and quick-change tooling, this auto blister packaging machine delivers not just high speed, but the stability required for large-scale pharmaceutical capsule production.”

Just before the departure from Emballage Jinlu factory, M. Benali and his team expressed their intention to keep attention on Jinlu’s range of high speed blister packaging machines. “Given that you have an overseas service network, we may continue to contact you if we are in an issue while calibrating the machine,” she said to Jinlu’s technicians.
