Following the conclusion of Shanghai CPHI Exhibition, Kyran, a health supplement manufacturer, paid an on-site visit to the workshop of Jinlu Packing Machinery on July 31, 2026.
The client was in urgent search of a high-stability blister packaging machine as well as an integrated blister-cartoning linkage production solution to upgrade their packaging workshop.
During the whole on-site inspection, Sales Manager Owen and Engineer Chen delivered full-process live demonstrations of Jinlu’s blister equipment DPP 180Pro and DPP 270Max, elaborated on core technical optimizations, modular upgrades and linkage compatibility with cartoning machines, and responded to all technical concerns raised by the client on packaging precision, mold replacement efficiency and quality control.
Misaligned traction is a long-standing headache for blister packaging manufacturers: uneven PVC film pulling leads to irregular blister forming, mismatch between aluminum foil and PVC base material, and massive waste materials during mass production. Before the on-site test run, Client Kyran put forward his core question targeting production stability:

Engineer Chen gave a full technical explanation alongside live equipment operation: Jinlu blister machines are equipped with a dedicated PVC unwinding station to flatten and fully tension raw film materials. The whole production line adopts servo traction system to realize micron-level precise alignment of every working station. Operators can freely adjust traction distance via the HMI touch screen without complicated mechanical debugging.

As the client produces a wide range of capsules and tablets in diverse specifications, slow mold switching and prolonged production downtime brought huge losses to their flexible production. Kyran raised his second key question during the workshop tour: “We produce capsules and tablets of multiple sizes. Will mold replacement take a great deal of time if we use one single blister equipment for all products?»
Sales Manager Owen responded by introducing Jinlu’s integrated mold design, while Engineer Chen carried out an on-site quick mold replacement demonstration: the forming and heat-sealing stations of the blister packaging machine adopt pull-out card slot integrated molds. The entire mold switching process only takes 5 à 15 minutes, drastically cutting production downtime and supporting fast switchover between different product specifications.
The client highly approved this integrated card slot mold structure, stating that the convenient replacement design will strongly support their multi-SKU capacity expansion plan in the future.
