
Health Supplement Client Kyran Visits Jinlu Packing Machinery Workshop to Inspect High-Precision Servo Blister Machine & Integrated Cartoning Line
Following the conclusion of Shanghai CPHI Exhibition, Kyran, a health supplement manufacturer, paid an on-site visit to the workshop of Jinlu Packing Machinery on July 31, 2026.
The client was in urgent search of a high-stability blister packaging machine as well as an integrated blister-cartoning linkage production solution to upgrade their packaging workshop.

The whole production line adopts servo traction system to realize micron-level precise alignment of every working station. Operators can freely adjust traction distance via the HMI touch screen without complicated mechanical debugging.

As the client produces a wide range of capsules and tablets in diverse specifications, slow mold switching and prolonged production downtime brought huge losses to their flexible production. Kyran raised his second key question during the workshop tour: “We produce capsules and tablets of multiple sizes. Will mold replacement take a great deal of time if we use one single blister equipment for all products?”
Sales Manager Owen responded by introducing Jinlu’s integrated mold design, while Engineer Chen carried out an on-site quick mold replacement demonstration: the forming and heat-sealing stations of the blister packaging machine adopt pull-out card slot integrated molds. Installed right after the material feeding station, the visual inspection system captures real-time images of each blister pack, automatically analyzing appearance defects including incomplete forming, gebroken pillen, abnormal shapes and mixed foreign materials, and automatically eliminating unqualified products from the production line.
