On November 21st, a delegate from a major Ecuadorian nutraceutical manufacturer visited JinLu Packing’s Guangzhou base for a full on-site inspection, accompanied throughout by senior executive Mary.
During the initial workshop tour, the Ecuadorian delegate examined three core pieces of equipment essential to their production line: các máy làm đầy viên nang, các máy đóng gói vỉ, and the Máy đếm điện tử.
As the walkthrough progressed, the representative raised several practical questions based on their current production needs. For the máy làm viên nang, he asked whether fine powders could be processed without leakage or the risk of jamming. When reviewing the Máy đóng gói phồng rộp, he focused on the smoothness of the blister edges and the durability of the cutting knives. For the counting machine, his main concerns centered on accuracy with uncoated products and long-term operational stability.
These concerns set the direction for the demonstrations that followed, where our team walked the visitors through three key machines in detail.
In capsule manufacturing, extremely fine powders with low flowability often cause challenges such as bridging, unstable powder layers, and material adhering to the dosing rods. These issues can lead to powder leakage and intermittent jams during filling. During the visit, the Ecuadorian delegate brought such a fine, cohesive powder and specifically asked whether the viên nang phụ could maintain smooth, continuous operation without leakage under these conditions.
To achieve this ideal operating state, the machine must ensure consistent powder flow and a stable dosing cycle, even with difficult powders. The NJP-2500D incorporates two key design features to address exactly these problems.
Fine powders often adhere to dosing rods, mold bores, and the metering disk. The NJP-2500D uses electronic electropolishing on these parts to create an ultra-smooth surface, improving powder flow and minimizing sticking, caking, and moisture-related buildup.
After observing the demonstration, the client commented, “We came in worried about leakage and jamming, but the run was clean from start to finish. Các auto capsule filler handled fine powder better than we expected.”

After reviewing the auto capsule machine, the group moved on to the blister packaging process. The client raised two concerns: whether the aluminum-foil sealing embossing stays uniform, and whether the cutting knives can withstand long shifts without early wear. Uneven embossing occurs when heating or forming pressure is inconsistent across the sheet. As for cutting problem, it often stems from low-quality knife materials, such as PET, which wear quickly and produce rough edges. To ensure reliable blister output, machines must provide uniform forming for consistent embossing and durable knives for smooth, burr-free cuts.
These concerns set the stage for a demonstration of the DPP-180Pro blister machine, highlighting three structural features that directly address both issues.
After observing one of the Tấm phồng rộp carefully, the Ecuadorian client commented, “The aluminum embossing was perfectly even, and the cutting was clean and stable. This is exactly the reliability we need for our blister production.”

Khi nói đến electronic counting machines, one of the client’s primary concerns is filling accuracy when counting uncoated or sticky products. During their own production, they found that uncoated tablets generated a large amount of dust, which interfered with the photoelectric sensors and caused counting deviations of about 2-3% during high-speed runs. They also reported that certain gummy or sticky softgels tended to clump together in the channel, creating intermittent blockages and occasional undercounts. Material compatibility is another concern, especially for transparent capsule filling.
While the second issue relates to counting machine performance, the client mentioned that their current equipment often struggled to maintain accuracy in dusty conditions and frequently required cleaning, sometimes stopping after only half an hour of operation. During the visit, the Ecuadorian delegate watched the engineers demonstrate the 16-máy đếm làn đường as Mary explained its design, highlighting two features that address these concerns.
Mary explained that this máy đếm tự động employs anti-high-dust electronic counting technology that maintain accurate counts even in high-dust environments. The dust produced in operaton will be collected by a dust box, preventing contamination and ensuring reliability for uncoated tablets or sticky products.

Mary also suggested custom nozzles for sticky or hard-to-feed products to ensure smooth, đếm chính xác. After observing a full counting test, the client noted, “We’ve seen many counting bottling machines before, yet consistent high accuracy has always been a concern. The accuracy rate we witnessed today gives us a lot of confidence.”

After the technical evaluation, Mary accompanied the delegate on a cultural visit organized by JinLu Packing. They toured the Guangzhou Cantonese Opera Art Museum, admired the Lingnan-style architecture, and watched live demonstrations of classic performances.
The Ecuadorian representative told Mary, “It was an unique and very special day, unlike anything I have experienced.” The visit ended with a Cantonese dinner, where the delegate appreciated the careful planning and warm hospitality.

The Ecuadorian delegate left with strong confidence in JinLu Packing’s machinery, engineering expertise, and customer-focused service. They have already placed an order for a machine for making capsules and are now considering a customized L-type counting machine line. Looks like Mary will be busy again—but we’re ready for the challenge and can’t wait to see what comes next!
