At this exhibition, Jinlu Packing introduced its innovative DSL-16R gummy bear soft candy counting machine, engineered specifically to address the common challenge of sticky and clumping candies during gummy counting and packaging. This advanced gummy counter ensures smooth and accurate counting even with highly adhesive gummy bears.

• Capable of filling up to 80 bottles/min—based on 60 gummiesper bottle—the DSL-16R automatic gummy counting machineis designed to handle a wide variety of gummy types, suitable for confectionery products with diameters under 40mm, including gummies gum-glazed, yağlı, tozlu, ve şeker eşyası.

• To ensure uninterrupted gummy counting and dischargingoperation, thisgummy bear bottle counting machine has enlarged PTFE discharge nozzles. The exit opening has been widened by 35%, and integrated pneumatic vibration that assists to discharge candies more smoothly, preventing clogging at the final stage.

The DPP series blistering machine stood out for its accuracy in blister pack monitoring, drawing crowds of interested buyers and industry professionals.

• The DPP 270Max tablet capsule blister packaging machine is engineered to handle a wide range of solid-dose medications, including various types of pharmaceutical tablets, hard capsules, and softgels. With a max output of up to 11,200 blister packs per minute, this blister packager delivers high-speed performance suitable for modern pharmaceutical packaging.

• Integrated with a German-made BASLER series high definition camera, the DPP blister packing machine for tabletperforms real-timedefect inspection at high speeds. It can detect common blister pack packaging flaws such as missing tablets, inconsistent tablet colors, incomplete capsules, and damaged blisters, achieving a waste rejection accuracy rate of ≥99.99%.
