On November 27th, 2025, JinLuPacking welcomed Bart, chief engineer of the Belgium-based livestock feed producer Mercordi, for a two-day technical training program on the installation, commissioning, and operation of the HGZP-40D high-speed tablet press.
Senior engineer Mr. Yang and interpreter Hailey led a structured, hands-on máquina curriculum that covered screen parameter instruction, machine debugging, component disassembly and reassembly, and daily maintenance, ensuring a complete understanding of each operational stage.
Although initially unsure whether he could manage the complexity of the new model, Bart quickly gained confidence during the prensa automática de pastillas capacitación. “I was a bit nervous at first, not sure if I could handle the machine in depth because of communication barriers and its advanced design,” he said, “But thanks to your clear explanations, I now feel confident operating it independently.”

To ensure the success of the session, JinLuPacking’s technical team prepared extensively in advance:
Throughout the session, Señor. Yang emphasized the training’s core challenge:
“The main challenge of this auto tablet press machine is not its many functions, but rather the small variations in material properties and environmental conditions, which can significantly affect adjustment results. This makes patience and experience essential, and renders debugging the most demanding part of the training.”
Although Bart had decades of engineering experience, he quickly realized that the HGZP-40D electric tablet press was significantly different from the machines he had previously operated. His past equipment relied on manual handwheel adjustments, whereas the JinLuPacking model uses full-parameter HMI control combined with servo-motor regulation. The expanded automation and wider range of functions introduced more operational variables and made precise adjustment more challenging.
During the two-day training, the team concentrated on three core areas that required careful attention and practice:

Before any real adjustment could begin, the HGZP-40D tablet making equipment had to be fully decompressed—a task that proved more challenging than it appeared due to the three separate motors, each with its own specific mechanism and position:
The complexity of the decompression process became clear as each motor required careful and independent observation, with different positions, functions, and movement behaviors that demanded full attention and precise handling. Engineers had to carefully verify that each part had reached its unloaded state:
Thanks to years of operational experience, Bart quickly grasped the logic and completed the procedure with ease, leaving the engineers pleasantly surprised.
Adjusting tablet weight was one of the most challenging parts of the tablet maker capacitación, requiring patience, repeated testing, and strict adherence to the sequence of operations. Any misstep could result in tablets that were too soft or uneven. The key steps included:
During the first test run, tablets averaged around 0.46 gramo, well below the target. Through careful observation, repeated trials, and incremental adjustments, the team gradually brought the weight within the desired range, demonstrating both skill and persistence.

Thickness adjustment centers on modifying main pressure, following a process similar to weight calibration. Each adjustment involved compressing tablets, measuring thickness, recording results, and fine-tuning the main pressure accordingly.
Sin embargo, when switching to a new batch of tablet pressing material, Bart noticed significant fluctuations in hardness and thickness. Senior engineer Mr. Li explained the root cause:
This discussion prompted Bart to bring up a recurring issue at his own factory—tablets for livestock feed cracking from the sides. The engineers identified the likely cause: insufficient binder in the formulation, rather than machinery problems.
Bart acknowledged the explanation, noting it aligned with his own observations and gave him confidence to report the issue to his manager for further action.
After completing the two-day training, Bart expressed deep appreciation for the clarity of JinLuPacking’s guidance. The team prepared a Christmas gift for him and his company’s owner, adding a warm touch to the visit.
With his evening flight scheduled for around 9 p.m., JinLuPacking arranged a short sightseeing tour of Guangzhou. Hailey accompanied him through several signature landmarks, incluido:
“This is my first time in China,” Bart said with a smile at the end of the tour. “But I think I’ll come again with my family. It’s a beautiful, prosperous, and passionate city with amazing food.”

Bart’s successful completion of the HGZP-40D pill press commissioning training showcases JinLuPacking’s decades of experience, high-quality equipment, and professional support.
